RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your RUBBER N' ROAD apparel purchase. If you are unsure about your sizing, we highly recommend reaching out to our team through info@rubbernroad.com for sizing advice, we will be very happy to assist you.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your kit, you may return RUBBER N' ROAD apparel items to us for a refund or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date for in-store orders, and within 14 days from the delivery date for online orders. This offer is valid for orders shipped within the USA and Europe. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost and any duties incurred will be deducted from the refund or credit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date for in-store orders and within 14 days from the delivery date for online orders. All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return or exchange apparel items within 14 days of your purchase, please visit our Easy Returns Center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for shipping fees and import duties associated with returns. Please allow our team 1 - 2 business days to process your return request.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that 14-day returns are eligible on apparel orders only purchased through our website at the total price (excluding any discounted items or items purchased outside the USA).
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card's company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note:
Items must be returned in brand-new condition. Apparel items with evidence of use, including scents from body odor, deodorant, or laundry detergent, will not be accepted and returned to the customer. All discounted items are final sale and are available for purchase online only.
NON UA ORDERS
If returning an order from outside Europe or the USA, the buyer is responsible for paying all shipping, duties, and return shipping expenses.
